Enter Vancouver Convention Centre East through the lobby doors located to the west of the Pan Pacific Hotel entrance.
The Ballrooms and Exhibition Halls are at G or street level. Plenary sessions and the Film Fest are held on this level.
The Meeting Rooms for the Children’s Programs and Seminars are at M level and may be reached via elevators or escalators.

Pan Pacific Vancouver will hold the Missions Fest block of rooms until 30 days prior to the conference, Friday, January 3, 2014. After this time the unused guest rooms will be released and rooms will be provided on a space availability basis at the best available room rates.
Cancellation of individual reservations may be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival or 72 hours prior to arrival for suites, otherwise a charge of one night’s stay at the confirmed rate will be applied.

Missions Fest has NOT contracted any third party hotel organizer such as CONVENTION HOUSING SERVICES to approach our exhibitors or participants. Please do not respond to their unauthorized solicitations.
Parking
Parking Options
There are several public pay parking lots in the vicinity of the hotel and conference centre. They are listed below.
Missions Fest Holding Lot is available for parking at $5 per day on a first-come, first-served basis. Directions follow. A shuttle service is provided to get people back and forth from the convention centre during conference hours. Walking back and forth is not an option.

If you choose to just drive in without a parking reservation, mention that you are part of Missions Fest. It should be $25 per day (for 24 hours starting 0:01 AM until 12:00 midnight).
Enter at the foot of Howe Street, obtain ticket from dispenser and proceed to P1 or P2.
Use Convention Centre/Hotel elevators (not World Trade Centre elevators). For Convention Level: press “G” for Registration, Ballrooms and Exhibits.

For Meeting Rooms: press “M”. The Meeting Rooms are used for the Children’s Programs and Seminars and may be reached via elevators or escalators.
Additonal Parking
DPC Parking: 900 Cordova Street – underground access to the convention centre during mall open hours via the food fair. Weekend rates approx. $8/day. Be careful of closing hours or you may not be able to access your car until the next day.

Waterfront Centre: 200 Burrard St.
Imperial Parking: 200 Granville St.
Station East: 555 Cordova St.
EasyPark: 1095 Waterfront Rd.
Holding Lot Directions for exhibitors.
Non-exhibitors wishing to park in the Holding Lot may use the map and then park as directed. A shuttle bus will be available to take you back to the Convention Centre.
Please proceed to Designated Holding Lot, by following bolded roadways on map below.
Once at the lot, a volunteer will direct you to form a line and will note the order of vehicles arriving.
Once space is available in the Convention Centre Loading Area, the holding lot attendant will direct you back to the Convention Centre.
Proceed to the East Side up ramp, located at the foot of Howe Street, show your pass and await further instructions from the traffic director.
