Doing Cross-Cultural Mission Well

Friday January 26, 1:00–5:00pm
Level 2, Meeting Room 12

If you've considered cross-cultural mission, this Mini-Conference is for you. Some would argue that cross-cultural mission is not necessary anymore. With the growth of the church around the world we can rely on indigenous people to meet the missional needs of their own culture. However, God is still calling people to the nations. How do we function well with this tension? In this Mini-Conference we'll consider how to do cross-cultural mission well and hear the experience of missionaries who live and work in these settings.

Sessions:

  1. Eat, Work, Stay & Repeat
  2. 2:30 pm - Coffee Break
  3. Value added ministry with local ownership.
  4. Whose Kingdom are you building?

Co-presented by:

  • Philip Lee, SIM
  • Daniel Genest, Wycliffe Bible Translators
  • Russ Stendal, Colombia Para Cristo
