Register as an Exhibitor

Depending on who you are, there are different ways to register for a booth at this year's conference.


Organizations applying for the first time

First-time-applying organizations or local church ministries need to submit an application and become approved in order to register as an exhibitor at Missions Fest Vancouver.

Previously Approved Exhibitors or Church Ministries

Returning organizations or local church ministries who have previously been approved need to complete the Exhibitor Registration Package.

Church Ministries

Some churches have an outreach ministry that impacts a whole neighbourhood or city. This application is for ministries under the umbrella of a local church.

  • Exhibitor registration opens on September 1 for non-partner churches and for non-charitable Christian organizations.

Apply as a Local Church or non-charitable Christian organization

Missions Fest gives priority to charitable Christian non-profit organizations and local partner churches.
