Register as an Exhibitor

Annually, the Mission Central Conference hosts more than 200 agencies consisting of missions organizations, Bible colleges, seminaries, social justice, humanitarian, Bible translation, camps and outreach ministries. Registration opens on Dec 1 of the current year for the following year's conference, e.g. Dec 1, 2020 for the 2022 conference.

First-time-applying organizations or local church ministries are to submit an application and be approved in order to register as an exhibitor:

Returning organizations or local church ministries who have previously been approved need only to complete the Exhibitor Registration Package for the upcoming year's conference:

Some churches have an outreach ministry that impacts a whole neighbourhood or city. This application is for ministries under the umbrella of a local church.

  • Exhibitor registration opens on September 1 for non-partner churches and for non-charitable Christian organizations.

Note: The Mission Conference gives priority to charitable Christian non-profit organizations and local partner churches.

In order for visitors to locate your agency easily, exhibitors are encouraged to complete the Exhibitor Mapping Form with details about your organization's activities and more.
