Enter Vancouver Convention Centre East through the lobby doors located to the west of the Pan Pacific Hotel entrance.

The Ballrooms and Exhibition Halls are at G or street level. Plenary sessions are held on this level.

The Meeting Rooms for the Children’s Programs and Seminars are at M level, up one floor from the main entrance and may be reached via elevators or escalators.

Special Features: The hotel will provide complimentary High Speed LITE internet access in the guestrooms over the contracted group dates – January 27th – 29th, 2017. You are able to remain on-site, accessing your hotel room directly from the conference rooms in the Convention Centre without going outside. Just go up to your room from the convention centre lobby!

Cancellation of individual reservations may be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival or 72 hours prior to arrival for suites, otherwise a charge of one night’s stay at the confirmed rate will be applied.

Missions Fest has NOT contracted any third party hotel organizer such as CONVENTION or EXHIBITOR HOUSING SERVICES to approach our exhibitors or participants. Please do not respond to their unauthorized solicitations.


Public Paid Parking

Book online:
If you choose to just drive in without a parking reservation, you need to use your phone to book a parking spot online.
Save the confirmation email to show it to the parking lot attendant.
It should be $23 per day (for 24 hours starting 0:01 AM until 12:00 midnight).

Enter at the north end of Howe Street, obtain a ticket from the dispenser and proceed to P1 or P2.

Use Convention Centre/Hotel elevators (not World Trade Centre elevators).
For Convention Street Level:  press “G” for Ballrooms and Exhibition Halls.
Plenary sessions and the Film Fest are held on G level.
For Meeting Rooms:  press “M” for the Children’s Programs and Seminars and may be reached via elevators or escalators.

Additonal Public Parking

DPC Parking:  900 Cordova Street – underground access to the convention centre during mall open hours via the food fair. Weekend rates approx. $8/day. Be careful of closing hours or you may not be able to access your car until the next day.
