Missions Fest Annual School Field Trip
Every year, on the Friday of our conference, we invite Christian Schools to a special program designed just for them. This includes exciting worship, inspirational speakers, informative seminars, interactive games, international food and costumes, and a chance to hear true stories from real live missionaries.
Students are encouraged to participate in the Missions Fest Special Project. This year’s project is “Kits for Kids: Growing Bodies, Growing Minds”. Missions Fest is partnering with Child Evangelism Fellowship and Urban Promise to collect the kits.
In addition, teachers may visit Pilgrim Book and Bible, the onsite bookstore, to pick up missions resources for your school. Schools interested in participating in the annual School Field Trip may click on the links below for more information and to access registration forms for a specific grade.

Pre-School Aged Children’s Program
(Ages 2 1/2 (if trained) – 5)

This program provides a variety of activities including a circle time with a story and music, a
craft time and a playtime. Light snacks will be provided during each session.
PARENTS, PLEASE NOTE: Registration of each child in each session is necessary. It is also important that the parents allow their children to participate to the completion of each registered session. In cases of emergency, the parents will be contacted immediately.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Please be considerate of the presenters and other children by not interrupting a session to take
your children out before the session ends. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked
to pay $5.00 for every 15 minutes per child.
REGISTRATION for each session starts 30 minutes prior to program.

School Aged Children’s Program
This program will take children on a missions adventure around the globe to investigate what
God is doing around the world. Kids will leave with a greater understanding of missions and
of the people around them – neighbours, teammates, and classmates. They will be excited to
learn how they can be missionaries now and how they can be used by God in the years to come.
