Go Mad Global-2 Week Trips start at $3,000 (raise own support) Most teaching postions have full salaries plus compensation packages. These require a minimum 1 year commitment. Some positions in some schools may require partial fundraising as well as project fundraising. |
Valid Teacher certificate. University/College degree and ESL/TESL certificates are needed for placements.

Volunteer teams of architects, engineers, surveyors and building techs led by eMi staff travel to developing nations to design facilities (ie schools, orphanages) and infrastructure (ie water, sanitation, power). 10-14 days. 3 trip cycles/year. 3-6 month student internship/co-op available. |
Volunteer pays for own travel, insurance and eMi trip fee. Client ministry covers room/board and in-country transportation. |

Short term orphanage teams are two weeks long starting with an orientation in Hong Kong. Once in China you will work in small groups with specific children who will range in age and ability level. Short term service also available (2 weeks to 2 years) |
Non returnable registration fee of CAD$85. Team fee is CAD$1200(subject to change). Team fees cover all major costs for the duration of the team, including accommodation and air fares from Hong Kong to China and back. Longer term applicants would need to raise their own support. |
You do not have to be a professional - just willing to become Jesus’s hands and feet. If you can hug a child, play with a child, pray with a child or help to meet their basic needs, then you likely qualify. Applicants should be over 18 unless accompanied by an adult. |
